February 27, 2025Community is quiet. Rooms are patchwork, staff is friendly, but there is a lack of protocol for hazards. Overall, it is isn't bad to rent here if you're looking for a quiet environment and are a singleton. The hot water in the apartment last enough for a quick hot shower and there wasn't laundry on site for a few months.Review from Apartments.com

February 7, 2025I’ve had a wonderful experience living in Patriot place apartments. The units are well-designed, offering spacious layouts, modern appliances, and plenty of natural light. The building is well-maintained, and common areas are always clean and inviting. Management and maintenance teams are responsive and professional, addressing any concerns quickly.
