Roach infestation
October 27, 2021Do not move here for any reason. These apartments has an roach infestation that they think pest control will fix and it doesn’t. First day i moved in its was roaches. I only been here for. a month. They think the pest control coming every Friday to spray is the solution. It’s a temporary solution. Once the pest control comes it brings more roaches to surface. March 11, 2021Dear Resident, we are under new management. We wish we could have made it better for you. One of the requirements in our lease agreement is for our tenants to maintain a clean home. Unfortunately, we cannot control what people do inside their apartments. As part of our management, we provide pest control services for our tenants, as often as needed. It is the responsibility of the tenant to make us aware of the pest control needs and severity. Keeping all apartments pest free is a top priority for us. However, we cannot do it without collaboration from our residents. Our goal is to have happy tenants. We are here for our residents. If you are still needing assistance, please call our office so we can respond promptly to your needs.
