Awesome Service
August 2, 2017I have been working with the Apartment Manager(Martha). The staff is so friendly, it's a pleasure to be surrounded by nice people.Property Manager Responded

Really great place!
August 19, 2016I actually love this place, the ladies at the front are very nice and any issues in my apartment are handled fairly quick. The previous people completely sucked but since the new people came in a few years back the place has been maintained really well. Unlike like previous reviews I can't say that I have had any pest controls issues but then again I have a bit of OCD and would like to think I maintain a pretty clean home. I would definitely recommend this place and actually have recommend this ...place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
RUN
July 13, 2016I have lived here for almost two years and currently counting down the days of this lease. I have NEVER seen so many roaches in my life!! I mean it's like the place is infested with them. I stop asking for service because it brought in more roaches. You never know if you're going to have hot water, or water at all. I live in a 2/1 and my water bill is $70.00 a month! Like previous review the Ac doesn't get cold unless it's under 60 degrees and it makes up so much noise it scares me out my sleep ...sometimes. My toilet doesn't flush tissue paper at all! I have nasty neighbors who has baby birds as pets trash all over the patio and balconies. I've stayed here for the sake of my child, because I love his school, but this year we will be doing something different I've already started packing and I still have a few months left. So do yourself a favor and save your time and money and look for something worth your money I pay over 950-1000 a month and I'm battling roaches, no water, bad parking and no reliable Ac. Good luck! Side note: I didn't even want to give it the one star!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
So old and gross
June 21, 2016DO NOT LEASE HERE UNLESS YOU LOVE SLEEPING WITH BUGS! They can send an exterminator to your house every week but the roaches are endless. Aside from sanitation, everything comes broken. The AC has to be cranked up super high in order for you to feel it AND it reeks of the neighbors Weed seeping through the vents. I had to stay in a friends house until the lease was up because I couldn't take it any longer.Review from Apartments.com
Good luck!!!!
March 23, 2016Every apartment has it's ups and downs. This place however.... Has some dealt problems. I'll admit it is quiet here. No thugs, no after hours noise. Pretty safe. But..... When the lady in the office tells you don't expect more than $45 per month for water.... Hahaha. That's a joke. We live in a 2/1 with 4 occupants and 865 ft. When we first moved in the water bill was 45. Then a few months later, 65. But we just got the bill for the new year and it's 100!!! I understand that prices fluctuate but ...doubling in less than a year Then I looked at my bill( never gave it much attention because it used to be reasonable.) and I noticed that NOT ONLY AM I NOT charged for my personal usage but I am only charged a base, a variable charge by the number of occupants, and a variable charge by the square footage. I have never NOT been billed based upon my personal usage. So..... After speaking to the office to no avail.... My wife went to the local MUD over this Apt. And learned that not only is the price out of their control, but the property has an outstanding balance of over $10,000!!!!! Is that why my water bill is all of a sudden double what it was when I moved in So I reached out to management company.... I have called 6 different times in 3 weeks, spoken to 3 different women who ALL told me that the property supervisor would call me back asap. Still a month later... Nothing!!!!! On the bill... Tenants are charged a variable multiplied by the number of tenants , and square footage of their unit. Never their actual usage. I noticed that on my bill, that little variable(a decimal less than 1.0) had gone up more than 40x what it was 6 months ago!!!!!!!!!!!! Also the local MUD told my wife that the management company dictates that little decimal and chooses not to bill the tenants based upon their actual usage but rather a little decimal that lets them choose how much you should pay for water. Wanna get shafted Move in here with the lying women in the office, millions of roaches, and a $100 water bill..... Neighbors below me who travel for work and are home maybe a week out of the month.... Just informed me that they also have an $80 bill. Have fun getting scammed!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
One of the most peaceful places I have lived.
January 25, 2016This small community is one of the best places I have lived. The maintenance is really great. This little place has a very caring staff, very kind and helpful. I have lived here over a year now and really enjoy the free events like the breakfast they have each month, Santa was so much fun for the kids. It is a great location and my daughter loves her school Danish Elementary. We are planning on staying here while we are looking to buy a home next year. I will miss this little place when I think ...back on apartment living, we are used to having our own home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Worst Place (continued)
January 18, 2016All the manager wanted to do was replace the padding under the carpet and have someone come clean the carpet. They only cleaned part of the area that was wet too!! They wouldn't even do the whole room!! I couldn't even lay my daughter on the floor because of the mold, roaches, AND ants. Ants were EVERYWHERE. My daughter always had bites on her. Not to mention my neighbor above me was abusing her kid. We had to call police multiple times. It was awful. We could hear everything. The manager even ...told me to stay clear of certain apartments because there were sketchy things things going on. So when we had the mold problem, we finally told management that we wanted out. I had to call the manager's manager's manager to get this resolved. Even had to threaten to take them to court, because I had MORE than enough proof to get them shut down. At that point, they quickly let me out of my lease, with my deposit. I thought we were OK when we moved out of there, but somehow the roaches were brought with us, and now we are dealing with roaches again in a brand new complex. They probably were in our clothes or something. But I feel like I will forever be plagued with roaches. I don't have thousands and thousands of dollars to get rid of everything I own to be rid of roaches. This complex was the worst decision of our lives.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst Experience Of My Life
January 18, 2016This was by far the nastiest place I've ever lived in. The office staff was very nice when I first moved in but when I brought problems to their attention, they treated me like I was too needy and ridiculous. My ceiling was bowing so bad I thought it was going to cave in at any moment. The carpet was stained and nasty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever. Actually, when I first moved in, the whole apartment hadn't actually been cleaned. It was filthy. Their idea of cleaning was painting ...over everything, even the bathtub and shower. We couldn't even use the bathtub because when we tried cleaning it, the paint just came right off. Every time we would shower, more and more paint would come off. We found tons of garbage left over from the previous tenants that were just painted over. The drawers in the kitchen could only be pulled out a quarter of the way before they just fell out which made them impossible to use, and when I told the manager about it, her actual words were "well who pulls their drawers out farther than that anyway?" and in the opening of the kitchen under the cabinets, it wasn't drywalled in so you could see all the plywood and screws and wires. You could only use part of the cabinet space because they had random tubes and screws sticking up an inch and a half out. It was constantly cutting my arm from reaching to get my stuff around the nails. It felt like it wasn't insulated at all either. The space between the door and the floor was about a half an inch. Which meant lots of bugs too. We are VERY clean people, I mean I deep clean my home every other week (taking everything out of cabinets and scrubbing floor boards type cleaning) and we had the worst roach problem I've ever seen. They sent pest control every week and we had vapor treatments where I had to empty out my whole kitchen and living room for them to do it and the roaches were still so bad. They were in our bed, my newborn's crib, my daughters toys, our clothes and shoes, our dresser, appliances, etc. When we left we had to get rid of all of our BRAND NEW furniture and ALL of our appliances. When we emptied out refrigerator there were hundreds of baby roaches in there. I would kill and sweep us at least 40 roaches a day. There was also a water leak when we went out of town and it soaked through to our bedroom and we found our mattress, bedding, pillows, carpet covered in mold.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Pebble Creek is a great place to make a home
July 21, 2015I have been living at Pebble Creek Apartments for almost two years now and I have completely loved my stay. The office staff is very helpful and always friendly. I never have issues with maintenance completing any of my request. They do a great job keeping the grounds clean and maintained. I've lived at two different units on this property and haven't had any trouble with parking on either side. I do wish the pool was bigger. It is a really quite, small community and close to so many shopping ...locations and restaurants. I can find everything I need on a 15 minute drive. Overall, they deserve five stars and I would recommend Pebble Creek to anyone.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
