    you would never get the amenities that you pay for you wouldn’t you will wake up and go two days without any working water and you would have to travel to the local postal office for your mail because they will not fix the mailboxes

    The complex seems to be going further downhill. We have had shootings, more than one neighbor that needs to be gone, and more. Hopefully we will be able to move somewhere more peaceful with a safer feel and in a pleasant area soon.

    Ofc staff & maint crew here are nice/friendly to me. However, tenants that are undesirable to have as neighbors due to them smoking marijuana in their apt, being unclean causing roach infestations & smelly smells that penetrate walls of attached apts are allowed to remain as tenants. Lease Agreements state this is a non-smoking complex & apt units/balconies are to remain clean at all times, vehicles must be in working order & up to date on vehicle registration. These aren't enforced or remedied, ...
    if enforced at all! Breezeways are NEVER cleaned by mgmt, are nasty, full of spider nests/webs along Breezeway walls/ceilings, Breezeway concrete floors are covered in stains/litter & stairway railing is dirty & never cleaned most my 9 years living here. Marijuana use in apts is now part of the norm in the bldg I live in since 2023. This is not a clean or drug free complex to live in, sadly. Until I find affordable housing elsewhere, I'll continue to voice my complaints wkly to mgmt.

    I've been here for two years now and it started off really rocky But over the last past six months I have seen things improve and the only other true improvement That Needs to be made.Is the trash can situation and of course this backgate. Actually the gate situation all together because we are charged.A twenty five dollar monthly quickly gate file that most of us don't have and the gate state open so anybody can come in and out or either cancel the fee.

    I’ve grown to love this community very much. Office staff have been quick to respond whenever needed. My neighbors personally have not been obnoxious or noisy. Grounds maintenance (cleaning) could be done more but it’s not awful. I’ve not had any roach or bug issues which is a big plus for me, always a big fear when having to move to a new place.

    Neighborhood is good! And quiet for the most part Apartments are roach infested. I can’t go in my kitchen to cook without a ton of roaches coming out to see what’s for dinner. I spray my own bug spray and they’re still there
