absolutely ZERO communication. Don’t call or email, your issues won’t be addressed. Do expect to have work orders deleted or marked completed and have your stuff still not fixed. Do expect to be overcharged, so look at your rent statement EVERY month. But don’t contact them, because they won’t respond to you. They will text you from some undisclosed location and tell you your rent is due but tell you that you should call the office if you have an issue. But again, they WON’T respond so don’t bother. Not all the neighbors are bad, don’t get me wrong, but the management needs some major improvements. The other washer was in use but shredded a comforter of mine because the machine drum was flying around. It’s broken but people seem to keep using it like that. I guess none of us expect it to be fixed and whoever broke it doesn’t care that the rest of the building has to use the washers too.
