March 1, 2025Everything is great, except the floors are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors above me walking and closing cupboards, and the neighbor below me files noise complaints when my 35lb 3 year old runs around for a few seconds before I stop her. February 10, 2025no consistency in rent rate increases, keep transferring costs to renters, trash, water, internet. Dogs unlimited all breeds and sizes different policy here than other KMG facilities.Review from Apartments.com
