Don’t move here POOR MANAGEMENT
November 10, 2021Lived there for two years gave us the wrong apartment we had to tell them that so we could get some money back after three months of paying higher rent! They went through about 10 different maintenance personnel! Only fix stuff with Band-Aids it took us a month of having no air-conditioning to get them to realize we needed a brand new one! Jacki and the office staff blame each other nobody takes responsibility for anything! We have moved out three months ago and finally got answers yesterday ...about our last bill and lo and behold they took all the charges off! I wish I could leave a zero star the place is a dump don’t believe the pictures on the website!!!!!Property Manager Responded
