Additionally, there was a major leak in the bathroom, causing water to fall directly into the sink and toilet as if it were raining inside. I called the office but received no response until my husband called again. Maintenance arrived five hours later and only said they would return the next day, which did not happen. I’m very disappointed with the living conditions here. It’s frustrating and costly, especially when we had to eat out for all our meals due to kitchen issues. I rarely express dissatisfaction, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.
