RUNN WHILE YOU CAN
February 16, 2023The walls are wayyyy tooooooo THINNNNN extremely , like unacceptable thin. The marketing company (2nd Floor) is loud!! they chant every morning, its soo loud. You hear the dogs running around and playing. I literally heard my neighbors PHONE RING AND HER ANSWER IT... (conversation) I cant sleep because I hear everything and its scary because it soo close it sound like its in your unit. there is no peace. the only thing I like is the window and its view. the dishwasher always has a problem, also ...the people above were cleaning and water dripped through my ceiling. I do not recommend at all.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don’t do it!
February 10, 2022I’m giving this place two stars only because I truly do like the look of it. The black and gold cabinets are nice, it’s spacious and I have a view of the arch from my window. HOWEVER, just days after I moved in, I completely regretted my decision. The walls and floors are sooooo thin, I don’t know how anyone can stay here longer than their lease. It is NEVER quiet whatsoever in this building. You will hear downstairs, upstairs, next door, and three doors down. When your neighbor closes their ...door, your walls will shake. When someone sneezes, you will hear it loud and clear. TV, music, laughing, you name it. You’ll hear it. It’s actually disturbing. I’m often woken up out of my sleep in a panic because I think someone is in my home. That’s how loud the noises are and it is constant. If you have no other choice, I suggest you live on the top floor. At least you won’t have to deal with hearing every single step or pen drop above your head. Avoid the third floor with everything you’ve got. Unless you want to hear the marketing office on the second floor literally YELLING, SCREAMING, CLAPPING, CHANTING and BANGING A GONG from 8am to 5pm everyday. How can someone work from home with that noise all day? Complaints about noise won’t help much, so don’t bother. My advice honestly if you enjoy your peace whatsoever, don’t move here. I am breaking my lease.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
I had high hopes
November 8, 2019I have been in Peper lofts since Dec 2018 ..I will start by mentioning the nice things about Peper Lofts.. The amenities in the units are great, If there is a maintenance call they respond promptly, The onsite gym is nice and the lobby area is nice. DOWNSIDE....One of my deciding factors on these lofts was the Rooftop I was so looking forward to enjoying.. I've been here a year and still no rooftop which I'm sure is an amenity I have been paying for, there is no metered or street parking for ...guests unless they pay $10 to park on the lot adjacent to the building , The walls and floors are VERY thin so you will hear your neighbors conversations (amongst other things), kids, dogs walking over your head (yes the floors are just that thin THAT YOU CAN HEAR A SMALL DOG TROTTING ACROSS THE FLOOR) not to mention when your neighbors close their door your walls will shake. I love the unit itself but there is zero privacy and insulation. Good Luck to you if you decide to make this home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Peper Tenant
July 25, 2019Beautiful apartments... so far. They were suppose to have all construction done end of May 2019, that is what we were told prior to our move in Nov. 2018. Construction has halted for about two months. They still do not have the 5th floor, 6th floor, or rooftop done. Do not let them tell you when you will be able to move in because it will be pushed back serval weeks. If you do want to move in I suggest waiting until everything is done so you get to enjoy all the amenities promised, unlike the ...tenants living there right now.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
