Lived here for many years and new owner and new property manager and just to keep it short if you don't mind living next to drug dealers and have a couch in the parking lot for months and dog poop every where this is the place for you also you and everyone else can be as loud as you want with no consequences

My boyfriend and I moved into Perrine Court Appartments in January 2014. We live in a one bedroom one bath, and our building is right off of Mansfield. We have had very little problems living here and I would highly recommend it. Our rent is about $530 a month which is pretty cheap for the valley. Manager is great and neighbors are quiet for the most part, although during the day there is a lot of noise from kids obviously and sometimes dogs barking. Laundry is in the clubhouse building and ...
takes quarters. There is also the rest of the clubhouse to rent for free which has a sauna and games, TV, etc.
