March 19, 2025I like this place, but the construction is becoming a big nuisance. I couldn't recommend someone become a resident here like this. I know it's temporary, but the lack of a firm timeline is worrisome.Property Manager Responded

October 24, 2024As far as the office staff, maintenance and people this place is lovely! Everyone is kind and Maintenance is always quick to respond on any issues! I love the location and the neighborhood. The amenities have the potential to be great but they have not been kept up. The main elevator is under repair every other week, the grills need replacing and the gym hasn’t been serviced in a LONG time! (Things as simple as oiling some machines so they don’t squeak or replacing cables that are worn or clips ...that don’t close, Fan SOMETIMES works). This wouldn’t be as big of a deal if they hadn’t also just added a new “amenity income” charge as well as charging residents for coffee in the main lounge. On top of all of this we have construction going on for the 2nd time. This would be ok if the residents were shown any kind of empathy towards our inhabitable homes during that time, but instead they’ve added more and more charges, no discounts are offered and no one feels valued as a resident. :(Property Manager Responded
