Management is a joke
July 26, 2024This building is beautiful but so poorly managed. First it took a month to fix my heat during winter. Then during this time frame they entered my apartment with no warning while I was sleeping. Super disturbing as a single woman. I also recently asked them for assistance and they never got back to me. I waited in the lobby twice for 30 minutes. Then recently I had to cancel my housekeeping service because concierge couldn’t figure out the guest key situation. While daytime concierge is great, ...whoever is hired at night is never around. I’ve come home late many times to no one at the desk.Property Manager Responded

This is true to its word and these are some of the best quality apartments in the area as far as the amenities inside the unit, the floor plans and the layout at size of the units.
