    Do not rent. Overpriced. The leasing office workers were extremely unhelpful. They delayed my move-in by a week by mandating a cashier's check. I am still waiting for a credit to my account because of the late move in/mandated cashier's check. Low/no shower pressure.

    I love living in the Pierside south community, it’s a clean and quiet community with controlled access and many amenities.
