All units are 2 bedrooms and identical in size and amenities. Garbage is included in rent, and each unit comes with a Refrigerator, Range/Oven, Dishwasher, Built-in AC unit, and Garbage Disposal. Each unit also has hookups for a full size washer and dryer. 1 Parking space is also reserved for each unit. If the rent is paid by the 1st of the month, there is a $25 discount on the rents mentioned above. We do allow dogs and cats, but additional fees, limitations, and a pet agreement apply.
