Middle of the road apartment. No frills.
July 28, 2015There is a new owner of the property that is trying to upgrade and increase the appeal of this apartment. She added mirrors and artwork to the hallways, stairwells, elevator and laundry room. She also added a common area with patio furniture and a grill. But one of the weird additions has been new carpet on only one level of the rear staircase and on the 1st floor between the elevator and laundry room, leaving old carpet everywhere else.
