Our apartment homes feature exceptionally clean units, most with washer/dryers, decks with storage closet, and reserved parking. Within walking distance are all the conveniences of Northgate Mall shopping with the new Kraken NHL hockey practice rink, the new light rail station and parking, numerous restaurants, banks, QFC, Safeway, Walgreens, US Post Office, Seattle Public Library, Thornton Creek Cinemas and the brand new Hazel Wolf Elementary School (K-8) is right across the street! We've lowered our security deposit to $1,000 instead of equal to one months' rent.
