June 2, 2016I moved here over a year ago, after searching for the right place. My daughter and I are happy to have made the decision on Pinnacle Place. It is within walking distance to my work. The manager Ms. Peggy has done nothing short to showing my daughter and I love and respect. I found her to be the most caring landlord I've ever met. She not only cares about her tenants, she cares about the landscape and the community over all. Truly I've never met a landlord so involved with her work. I made the ...best choice to move here to Augusta, than Pinnacle Place. When the landlord is beautiful from within, you automatically know the community she manages is beautiful. Pinnacle Place Lady
August 9, 2015Pinnacle Place apts is an older apartment complex extremely close to the fort. It is maintained well enough. Originally water and cable were included within four years they are not amenities anymore. Rent continually goes up each year even though the removal the before mentioned amenities were to prevent such a thing. The staff is polite. The maintenance team is effective and efficient.Review from Apartments.com
