      My present apartment is somewhat pleasant, I can see the ocean from my apartment view and I get a nice breeze often in the later hours of the day. It is close to town so I do not need to travel far to work and school. There is transportation near, but I have to make arrangements for it in advance. I often walk up a steep hill, that gives me a lot of exercise during the day. I get in shape doing so. I live near a local YMCA that makes it very convenient.
