November 28, 2023If u rent from them, all imma say is be careful. I tried to get off the lease and the lady wouldn’t take me off without showing I was residing elsewhere with utilities in my name even when I told her I was living with someone else.. they rent go up etcProperty Manager Responded

Pioneer Adams Townhomes is a Section 42 Tax Credit property that is required by the government to verify all income and assets of each entire tenant household to verify that they are under the yearly Income Limits established for the area and do qualify to live there based on income. This also requires us to verify that an adult wishing to be removed from the lease has set up a new address, typically shown through a new lease, utility bill, or mortgage document.
