November 10, 2024I've been here for 7 months and the community is nice, well kept, and quiet. My neighbors are friendly and welcoming.The staff are knowledgeable, nice, and helpful.....and they are good about having community events. My son and I have been enjoying the club house and pool. 10/10 A Worry-Free Apartment Experience!
August 13, 2024With great management and amenities, this was a dream apartment. We lived here three years and hardly needed maintenance, but if we put in a request someone was here in less than 24 hours. My friends loved coming over and we enjoyed the pool and outdoor area as much as possible. We’ve had different neighbors over the years and hardly ever heard anyone. After Hurricane Beryl, apartment managers were at work immediately picking things up, checking on residents, and getting the apartment back in to ...shape. Some of my friend’s apartments (in Richwood) a month later are still in disarray. Laci at the office has always been great to us, and everyone on the maintenance team is always so nice. This really was a headache free apartment experience, and my husband and I will forever recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in Lake Jackson.Property Manager Responded

August 1, 2024I've been here for 4 months and so far so good. The staff are knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. My son and I have been enjoying the club house and pool. I'm also happy the community doesn't flood during the storms because I was nervous about that when deciding to move to Lake Jackson. Especially since its near the coast (hurricane season). July 30, 2024The upkeep of the needs to be better. Much much better. For amount that residents pay the upkeep needs to be done more regularly. The trash cans are overflowing. The grass is cut once a month. Sidewalks have moss on them which makes them dangerously slick. Maintenance on the property seems to cut corners to complete.Property Manager Responded
