February 28, 2025It's okay. The location is nice and the community is relatively quiet. The beautiful office amenities are only available during office hours. There is constant renovation (which means decreased parking, infrequently waking up to construction noises, and not being able to leave anything on your balcony- we were told to move all items from our balcony in Jan 2023, it is the end of April 2023 and I still have my patio furniture in my living room). You have to opt in to pay for a package system ...that is unreliable at best (the service often misplace packages and you might have to drive to their warehouse to find your stuff-- if you chose to use the service that you have to pay for. I don't use it anymore, I just have packages delivered to my apartment and haven't had any more "lost" packages). The swimming pool has also been closed for months (I don't really mind since it means that it will be quiet when I go to sleep, lol). Main biggest irritation is that the elevator (closest to my apartment) can be out of service often (for like weeks at a time). The people who live hear are super nice and the office staff are always very professional and willing to answer questions.
