weeks, my oven was constantly burning. It wasn’t fixed until Brandy should up and fixed it herself. My second problem, I had a bat fly into my apartment at 3am and was flying around my living room. I asked if the ceilings could be sealed, and when he came he was pretty much making me feel like it was my fault, and that he shouldn’t have had to seal the ceiling, he only did the living room and kitchen, and not the bedroom, and a few months later, surprise, I had a bat in my bedroom. And brandy wasn’t there at the time, there was a sub filing in for her the first time I had a bat, and no one told her! So when I had the second bat come she was like “what do you mean you had a second bat?!” So it made me mad that the maintenance man failed to communicate that to her. But Brandy is awesome, by far the best property manager I’ve rented from.
