  • Better than being homeless

    They shut off utilities without warning at least once a week. They’ll raise your rates during a pandemic because they can. No amount of bleach or traps will get rid of the roaches. But it is still better than being homeless. 2/10 would not recommend if other options are available

  • Love this place!

    My family and I have been here since February 2018 and we love it! The maintenance (there are 2 who bust their butts off) are friendly, quick to fix issues and good at what they do. Management is amazing and has treated us with nothing but kindness, understanding and is a pleasure. We like it so much here, we are planning to renew our lease when it expires. So glad to have found a good home for our family!

  • Piece of crap townhomes

    Whatever you do do not move here. Since day one in January moving here I walked into my new home and there was damage is everywhere… Cracked doors cracked windows out of date appliances leaks horrible paint job cabinets falling off and they said they had a cleaning lady go through here and they did nothing. Constantly calling the front desk to have them come out and fix what needs to be fixed they’ve only come out twice in the whole 40 sometimes and Paul to fix anything. We had really bad rain ...
    the other night and our house bottom flooded because the door is cracked not by us just the bottom of the door is not all the way there and it ruins my carpet I called them to ask who’s going to pay for the bill and they refused to pay when it’s their fault. I have put in Three work orders to fix the flooring the and all the problems and they don’t show up.
