November 20, 2024Lived in this apartment for over 2.5 years and had really liked it. The community is good. But recently we were on a vacation for a few days during which a fire inspection conducted, so we informed the main office to ensure the door is locked after the inspection. However, we were shocked when we got back to see that the master key was left at the door and was unlocked for over 5 days. Also, we have been having a problem with the refrigerator since almost a year and requesting maintenance to fix ...it but they come and plug it out and say this is how it is. November 3, 2024The apartments are great, my only complaint is that I need more than 36 hours notice before fire alarm testing to find someone to watch my dog as he is terrified of fire alarms. At least 3 days notice is needed.Review from Apartments.com

October 28, 2024This is one of the best apartment complexes we have stayed in, but really makes it the best for us is that the office staff is so nice. They’re always very attentive and they always give you answers whenever you ask. October 1, 2024Plaza at Westchase is a good place to live. The folks in the office are great, maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely manner, and the location is good. The only reasons I gave four stars and not five is because of the lack of covered parking and the occasional roach sightings (outside).Property Manager Responded
