January 3, 2025I have been experiencing a lot of roaches in my apartment, poor communication from the front office staff. And one of the maintenance men tried to pain over mold in my bathroom when told there were mold instead of treating it. Parking in these apartments are ridiculous and I have had a package stolen from my front door and when asked to view the cameras from the date never gotten a response back or feedbackReview from Apartments.com

November 20, 2024Lived in this apartment for over 2.5 years and had really liked it. The community is good. But recently we were on a vacation for a few days during which a fire inspection conducted, so we informed the main office to ensure the door is locked after the inspection. However, we were shocked when we got back to see that the master key was left at the door and was unlocked for over 5 days. Also, we have been having a problem with the refrigerator since almost a year and requesting maintenance to fix ...it but they come and plug it out and say this is how it is. Finally after requesting over 5 times they have decided to replace it.Property Manager Responded

November 3, 2024The apartments are great, my only complaint is that I need more than 36 hours notice before fire alarm testing to find someone to watch my dog as he is terrified of fire alarms. At least 3 days notice is needed.Property Manager Responded
