Horrible Apartments
April 26, 2021Please do not move here unless you don’t mind living with roaches, rats, and fruit flies. They are extremely lazy in terms of fixing problems. There is no enforcement in the “no smoking” policy so expect the smell and possible second hand smoking.Review from Apartments.com
Poor Management
September 3, 2018I just signed my lease but cannot wait to leave due to unprofessional management. I have yet to receive help for a problem I reported a week ago. The property manager always seems annoyed and doesn’t provide real help. The website to pay rent online doesn’t even work. I will say that the location is convenient and seems relatively safe. These apartments are in desperate need of renovation. Absolutely HOT no AC, Tiny kitchen, tiny closets. Outdated bathroom. Horrible blinds and windows. I have ...already started looking for a new place. Would not recommend.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Pleasant Hills Apartments is suitable for me
December 28, 2017I work in Childrens' National Medical Center, I already live in this apartment for two years, it is close to CNMC , bus stop and Brookland Metro , water, electricity and Cook Gas are all free, the total price is only $1026, it is very cheap. I like Pleasant Hills Apartments, I also have some colleagues also like living here. I also like Saundra Starr, she is very nice to us. Happy Du.Review from Apartments.com

August 25, 2015This apartment complex has only 38 units. The fact that it only has a small number of apartments is appealing and makes it a pleasant place to reside. You can walk to the metro, walk into Prince George's County, take a five minute ride to Montgomery County, ride metro into Virginia in 30 minutes to the airport and catch national transportation with a 10 minute ride on metro to Marc, Amtrak, and Greyhound. It's great if you don't have a car. Nice and quiet with a mixture of generations.Review from Apartments.com
