November 16, 2024Horrible smell coming out of the sink. It was Sulphur in the water. We were told to flush the water tank and that should resolve the problem, but it still is producing that horrible smell. I understand there are multiple residents who are experiencing the same issue. I feel that the Leasing office should have disclosed this problem prior to us signing the rental agreement. Let us make that decision if we wanted to live with that SMELL or not. The stairs are extremely dirty. I am ashamed to have ...anyone visit. I requested for someone to clean the stairs and it took about 3 weeks to respond and then they did a horrible job at what you would call pressure washing. We are paying luxury prices to live here and I feel that they can do a better job at making the property into what they boast about it on their website. "When it comes to luxury living in Jacksonville, The Point at Tamaya offers its residents an unmatched life style." Be accountable, and stand by what you say!!!Property Manager Responded

September 15, 2024I've had an excellent experience living at the point at Tamaya. The community is well maintained, and the management team is friendly and quick to address any concerns. The amenities are great from the well-equipped gym to the relaxing pool area. My apartment is comfortable and feels like home. August 25, 2024I only have great things to say about this community. The workers are wonderful. They really care about their work and the community. The maintenance workers are always on point. The front office and administrative staff and are always in communication with the tenants. The tenants are very friendly and look out for one another. The community is within minutes of beaches, shopping centers and malls. If you’re looking for a true sense of community, look no further.
