    The apartment building is amazing but the staff really make this place as good as it is. Great noise isolation between units! Only gripe is the pet owners that don't clean up after their animals (the staff is wonderful if you tell them about it)

  • Beware the flapping vent when it is windy - You'll never sleep again

    December 12, 2022
    My only real complaint is that when it is windy which has been 75% of my time here there is a vent flap that beats against the building and causes a loud banging. It’s impossible to sleep through and is on my bedroom wall. T he staff says that the company is "working on the issue", but I’m concerned as this issue can’t possibly be new (the building is only 1-2 years old) and it hasn’t been fixed yet. I don’t know that there is any sense of urgency for something that makes the living quarters ...
