The worst place I've ever lived.
November 15, 2021Such a horrible property management company. They never respond to comunication. Will not give 24hour notices and will not repair even dangerous issues with apartments. Carbon monoxide leaks and faulty detectors, holes on exhaust tubes, faulty and damaged outlets. No screens in the windows. And when you call them about it. You are threatened with eviction.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t let it fool you
May 9, 2019Lillie takes great care of all her tenants. maintenence is quick with any issues you may have and they’ll work with you if you ever need it. Amazing location next to the freeway, fort union and a clean nice area. Don’t let the older exterior fool you. It’s worth it and at a great price.Review from Apartments.com
It's Alright
September 29, 2015These apartments don't really give a sense of community. There's very old METAL kids playground that is virtually unusable during the hot days. Grounds aren't done. Parking is bad sometimes. Overall not the best but good I guessReview from Apartments.com
