January 26, 2025I really appreciate the atmosphere of this place, the mature oaks really are beautiful and the architecture of the buildings is very classic. The staff are very kind and helpful when you need them. The neighborhood is very walkable with convenient shopping. Nearby is Lee Vista with more shopping, and the access to the rest of the city is easy.Review from Apartments.com

November 9, 2024We love our apartments, it feels homey and comfortable. We love its location. We're close to the bus stop, or close to Walgreens as well as neighborhood market and Dollar tree and the business in between the two. Our biggest swim plane is the pests. We have put everything we can into plastic bags or plastic containers but we're limited on space because our kitchen isn't that big of course. It's just very maddening to walk into your kitchen and slap bugs that are on the counter. It's maddening to ...have to wipe out every dish every pan every container before you can use it because the bugs have crawled through it. We schedule pest control with very little results. A new company has been scheduled and hopefully we will have better results. The ceilings and walls aren't that thick but we're okay we've learned to be quiet and hopefully our neighbors will learn that too. Overall we're very happy here. Take away the bugs, insulate the floors and walls better and gosh it would be perfect!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
