February 2, 2025Love it here. Love it so much we decided to wait another year to buy a house and renew our lease here. Trash is a small issue but that does not reflect on the apartment but the valet and residence. Ample parking, and always clean. I mean it's clean everywhere. I do have one problem. My old fridge went out, so we asked maintenance to help. They replaced the fridge in like a day. But the problem is, they replaced it with a fridge covered in black mold. When I asked to get this fixed, all ...maintenance did was wipe it down. The mold is still there and idk what to do now.Property Manager Responded

January 30, 2025I would say this is the best apartment complex i have lived in! honestly maintenance is amazing and kind, everyone in the office is understanding, and most of all the community is amazing i really wouldn’t change anything aside from the location and sometimes i dont get phone calls or good cell receptionProperty Manager Responded

December 14, 2024My experience here has been okay. The location is not convenient at all. The nearest reputable grocery store is a 10-minute drive without traffic. I do not like the shared balcony spaces or how the clubhouse isn't 24hr access.Property Manager Responded

November 26, 2024I love my apartment! Maintenance is great a super fast and helpful. The rental team is busy and sometimes takes a while to get things done but they’re as on top of things as I’ve seen in an apartment complex in a long time.Property Manager Responded

October 24, 2024The property seems to be getting much better with the update security. Had serious issues and concerns with the security however, the apartment complex is becoming more secure, especially after the gate was finished being built and access to buildings.Property Manager Responded
