February 2, 2025Love it here. Love it so much we decided to wait another year to buy a house and renew our lease here. Trash is a small issue but that does not reflect on the apartment but the valet and residence. Ample parking, and always clean. I mean it's clean everywhere. I do have one problem. My old fridge went out, so we asked maintenance to help. They replaced the fridge in like a day. But the problem is, they replaced it with a fridge covered in black mold. January 30, 2025I would say this is the best apartment complex i have lived in! honestly maintenance is amazing and kind, everyone in the office is understanding, and most of all the community is amazing i really wouldn’t change anything aside from the location and sometimes i dont get phone calls or good cell receptionProperty Manager Responded

December 14, 2024My experience here has been okay. The location is not convenient at all. The nearest reputable grocery store is a 10-minute drive without traffic. I do not like the shared balcony spaces or how the clubhouse isn't 24hr access.Property Manager Responded
