The want to evict everyone paying on time!
September 11, 2016I've been living here 9 months. They fired 2 employees, one ran the office taking payments and was fired for drinking on the job to the point of stumbling. When they got new people in the served me a 3 days or vacate notice 3 days before my rent was even due and it took a week of calling every day to get them straight and then they changed my rent due date. Then 2 months later rent was again paid on time, they cashed the check a week later, and again gave me a notice to pay or vacate! The new ...lady in the office boasts about knowing what she's doing because she's an accountant, obviously a horrible one! I complained about an ant infestation after pest control came in and her response was "they're from the rain, I have them at my house too".. That's not acceptable! No customer service skills and rude about everything. Currently living in an apartment with a non working smoke detector because they didn't have batteries for it. We'll see how long it takes for them to get me one! Don't rent here!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
