November 26, 2024Tai in the front office is THE BEST! Very professional, kind, and welcoming. October 9, 2024My experience so far in Portiva apartments has been pretty good. As I moved in I had an issue with my dryer and they were very quick with sending someone to fix the problem.Property Manager Responded

October 1, 2024Great ambience and service move in was very smooth sad I couldn’t keep my existing wifi and had to switch services and I will need to to get use to the parking other than that the community is great!Property Manager Responded
