There’s a lot of break in, and crimes. People steal your mail off the porch, and there are a lot of car break ins. The inside of the apartment is really run down, there’s roach activity, and mold and other things that are really outdated. There’s been no modifications or upgrades on interior of apartment but there’s a continuous rent increase yearly. Maintenance isn’t well either.

This apartment is perfect for raising a family great schools, the community is very quiet. I love the way my apartment is set up narrow but cozy. There is a sense of togetherness, we've endured a lot of sadness as well I live by a curve and we've had two fatal wrecks with one being a 21 year old we all came together to try and help the victims as much as possible but the community has a very lively and positive atmosphere. I love my apartment it's upstairs which also helps me keep mobile and fit ...
along with my boot camp class. I've lived in my apartment for about five years it's really a great place to live in.
