October 14, 2020I lived at Portland Towers for 10 years and it was a lovely experience. The location can't be beaten! Walking distance to NW 23rd, Washington Square Park, easy access to Hwy26 and so much more! If you're looking for a friendly neighborhood vibe with all the conveniences of city living this checks both those boxes. If you're new to Portland this is a great place to land and discover all the cool shops, pubs, and parks in the city. Plus, the paid parking option is super affordable and easy to ...navigate. Great building and area
August 28, 2015Fred Meyer, a Max station, a dozen restaurants, and banks all within a 5 minute walk. Safe, relatively quiet area yet you are right next to downtown. Friendly staff and neighbors. Thick walls. Haven't heard a neighbor once. Good internet. I'm getting 100 mbps down. Incredible view from the roof, and there is even a grill. Flat utility bills. -Has some old building problems. Plumbing has been needing repairs and has been shut off multiple times. The shower controls are really finicky. ...Dishwasher doesn't work very well. -Parking for guests can be very difficult if not nearly impossible if you don't have a temporary pass available, which you can't get while the office is closed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Portland Towers: Beautiful View!
August 20, 2015With a Walkscore of 94, I assure you, the Portland Towers is a great place to live. Did I mention the view? The view of the Cascades, Mt. Hood, and the city at night is breathtaking. The spacious two bed, two bath I share with my lovely roommates could not be more fitting; the layout is perfect and the walls are thick, so you don't have to worry about hearing your neighbors.
