February 5, 2025It is a beautiful apartment complex. The only thing I didn't like is that the day we got here, everyone was so busy. We didn't feel welcomed at the Club House. We also weren't told about parking stickers and got them a few days later. Happy our two vehicles didn't get towed. I still don't know where the pool or gym are. There should be time to go over everything when you get there.Property Manager Responded

January 2, 2025I really like my apartment. The staff is nice but not timely. I was referred by someone and I’ve been living here for more than 90 days and he has not received the referral fee and the manager will not respond to us. I honestly feel this is unacceptable.Property Manager Responded

December 28, 2024I have lived at the Town at Trilith for almost 2 years now and I have enjoyed living here. But for the last two months I have been wakening at odds times during the night like 1:10 a.m., 2:45 a.m., 5:30 a..m. etc. with either someone watching TV or listening to the radio. This has become a problem for me as it is affecting my well being. The managment which here has tried to help, but has been unsuccessful.Property Manager Responded

December 21, 2024I’ve had a great experience living in these apartments! The community is well-maintained, and the management team is responsive and friendly. The facilities, like: gym, pool are always clean and accessible, making it easy to enjoy daily living. December 15, 2024It has been a great experience with location, staff and community with the exception of a neighbor that continuously accuses multiple people of making too much noise when who knows what they are talking about besides the normal apt living noises. It has been disturbing to be accused multiple times when we are so quiet and considerate.Property Manager Responded
