April 23, 2024Clean, well maintained, new construction apartments close to everything! The management is super friendly and building is safe and secure... and the units are pet friendly. Poor management, no amenities
March 31, 2024The location is great and close to Shrewsbury, Worcester and Tufts Veterinary School. The building is new. That's about all the positives. Now for the negatives. The apartment complex is poorly managed. The management ignores maintenance requests and is unresponsive. There is too much noise between the units. And there are no amenities, no gym, no common area, nothing. And yes, we are being charged for it with the promise of it being complete. Overpriced for what it delivers.
