Not the Best
January 21, 2019Management constantly changed, that being said it can be confusing on where to send your rent check which they are still old-fashioned. It would be nice if payment could be done electronically. They charge $50 late fee if rent check is late which is not disclosed on the lease agreement. Sent my pest complaints in via letter and it was taken care of within 2 weeks but the rodents are persistent and they keep coming back. As for ants, since we lived in the lower level, they love coming into the ...residence for food crumbs but they were easily exterminated. In the summer they mow the lawn every week and they scratched my car once on the front bumper. Great maintenance outside of apartments but horrible for building amenities. Mail always gets stolen and broken into. One time, one of my packages was stolen. Nice layout but very old building which could use more love and care.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible
July 13, 2016Completely bad experience with management. Slow on answering service requests and trying to stick me with bills for maintenance that should have been covered. Issues with pests all the time-mice and roaches, even bedbugs. Other people had same issue. Management did not fix pest issues and would bill me for it anyways. Office did not get back to me when I call.Review from Apartments.com
