September 14, 2016I have enjoyed my stay here and will continue to live here. Community is very friendly and management is fantastic especially the property manager. I highly recommend The Preserve if your looking to stay in an apartment.Review from Apartments.com
Really awful
July 30, 2016I have lived here for 2 years. I cannot stand it any longer, half the stuff is broken and takes forever to get fixed, they put a huge 5 person family with two dogs above me and they courtesy patrol nor the office does anything about all the noise. The walls are paper thin and make a clicking sound every time you turn the water on, the pavement is all torn up with pot holes and the gate absolutely never seems to be working. One of the most mis-managed properties I've ever seen not to mention the ...going rate for this apartment is pretty expensive if you think about what you're actually getting, or, not getting I mean.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Palatial One bedroom
August 16, 2015In earnest, I was not thrilled with the prospect of having to move to Lubbock for a new job. That, of course, was not until I found the greatest living situation of my life. The open space in the living room with it's high ceiling is perfect and the bedroom and bathroom are practically situated and equally spacious. The water pressure is second to none and the kitchen area with (adjacent laundry room, complete with in-unit washer and dryer) is both functionally and aesthetically fantastic!!
