March 22, 2025I enjoyed staying at preserve at roseville. The community is quiet and it's kept nice and clean. The only reason I did not give it a five star is because of the dog messed that is just throughout the property. I would like to see that go down.Property Manager Responded

March 16, 2025The style of apartment and location. The one thing I would suggest is that there is a child's area. During the summer as an adult to enjoy the pool as parents and children tend to take over. Pool area is too small for this size community.Property Manager Responded

Close without Being Crowded

March 7, 2025I don’t like the paint on the wall it cracks especially when I cook or use the hot shower the vent doesn’t really help ,the sockets in my apartment be giving off a shock sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t , the tub is really hard to clean and I clean everyday it leaves a bad stainProperty Manager Responded
