Needs new management!!!
June 5, 2024DONT LIVE HERE!!!! The place is a war zone free for all!!! Garbage everywhere not to mention always every day the trash compactor is over flowing with trash! Trash is everywhere!!! The place doesn't clean they don't fix things say one thing but do another or just ignore you! I’ve asked 6 times to get my ac fixed keep saying nothing is wrong but it’s 85 in my house!!!! Other tenants are rude disrespectful!!!! LOUD music all day and all hours of the night and early morning all over!!! Parties!!!! ...People hanging out in parking lot! Kids playing running in parking lot messing with other tenants and their apartments unsupervised!!!!! This place is a nightmare!!!! I can go on and on!!!! Come drive through and look for yourself!!! Come on weekends that’s when the real parties are!!!! No cover fee lolProperty Manager Responded

November 2, 2022Been a resident for about 3 years, I have witnessed a total deterioration since my residency began. Noise is out of control, neighbors are allowed to leave furniture, broken glass, and trash all over the complex with no consequence. And I mean MOUNDS of trash 40 bags deep. Not kidding. It's filthy. Management staff is entirely unreachable 96% of the time. Maintenance request takes around 180 business days to complete. So get ready to deal with broke appliances. Only perk is my vaulted ceilings. ...Everything else is atrocious. And yet they raise rent approximately $400 a year. For what I couldn't tell you, nothing gets better, quieter, or cleaner. Someone's profiting pretty heavily because it's NOT going to better the complex. Do not reccomend. Better than living in a cardboard box behind a Wendy's but hardly. NEEDS TLC
November 2, 2022When I moved in preserve 3 years ago they were very nice apartments but as time went on the old manger and staff stop caring about the residents and the apartment complex work orders going unnoticed trash build up around the complex they used to pressure wash the stairwells and hallways now it’s just dirty and the trash compactor area always horrible hopefully new management save the day preserve is a pretty descent apartment complex just needs a little TLCProperty Manager Responded

Don’t bother applying
July 6, 2021Called and asked if they had any availability for a 1 bedroom in July, they said yes. I filled out the application along with what seemed like submitting 20 extra documents, got approved, they called me the same day to go over move in details 5 mins later they told me that the unit had become unavailableReview from Apartments.com
