  • Amazing Place to call Home!

    I have lived at the Preserve now for 4 years and it has been an amazing place to live! The amenities are great, the pond is beautiful to walk around and fish on. The pool, gym and club house is wonderful! The place is so sound proof and quiet! The leasing managers are wonderful to work with, especially Amy!! She goes above and beyond! Highly recommend!

  • I will miss it here!

    I can remember the first time I came across this property, it looked so nice online. When my mentor and I came to visit last year, we toured with Amy. Her awesome personality sold me on living here. She was so welcoming, and the property was so nice and well kept. I have truly loved living here. It has been safe and quiet.   • Poor Communication

    Drove an hour and a half to come view a one bedroom, ended up standing around waiting to get in the leasing office because no one would answer the phone. Then find out we were double booked with someone else. Also found out they booked all the one bedrooms but no one contacted me.

  • It doesn't get any better than this

    I've lived here for 18 months and am devastated that I'm relocating to another state. The management staff is so helpful. Maintenance is on top of anything you need. Air filters are changed multiple times a year. CLEAN is an understatement. This property is really an oasis.

  • great property and maintenance

    This property is not only beautiful, but managed very well! Anytime I’ve had a maintenance request it is usually resolved within 2 hours of making the request. They have taken extra precautions with COVID to increase cleaning and still trying to allow amenities to be utilized. The only downfall is there are no garbage disposals so this was a big surprise when I moved in. Other than that, all the facilities are amazing and well kept.

We loved everything about the apartment and amenities. Amanda and Lisa took a lot of time with us since we were not familiar with the area (we did not get this anywhere else).
