      Well, this is an excellent location downtown, very good management and good owners also. If you want a great location to live in Grand forks that has exceptional property manager and also very affordable and understanding management that will not only help but very understanding.

      President Apartments feels like home to me. In the short time I've lived here, the leasing office has been extremely helpful and wanted to make my life easier, and I've been able to create a comfortable environment in downtown Grand Forks. President is a great place to live in an even greater location! Also, very affordable.
