The community of people who live there is friendly, open and positive. The apartment features and amenities are worth every penny. The staff here, from maintenance, to the front desk, to the leasing office, are some of the nicest and most helpful people I've ever dealt with. The units are spacious and the finishes are modern and attractive. The available public spaces are luxurious and clean. The building and unit itself is very clean, comfortable, and inviting. Personally, I love the location as I can hop on New York Ave to get out of the city easily, but at the same time am pretty central. May 31, 2022There are too many new buildings in the NoMa neighborhood to recommend the Belgard given its high rental prices. Leasing specials such as fee waivers are not communicated to applicants. Residents do not receive the type of treatment that this amount of rent should buy. The property manager is rude and seems nonresponsive. May 31, 2022This community has been an absolute inconvenience since the day I moved in. The management team was not prepared for move ins, amenities were not available to residents. The walls are paper thin and noise complaints are not taken seriously. The concierge team, because I have more face-to-face time with them, are the friendliest group and always think of safety first. The maintenance staff are prompt and extremely helpful. The sense of community between the staff and residents makes living here enjoyable and if I don't have to, I won't be looking to move.
