December 1, 2023Anyone searching for an apartment should look elsewhere. I've had constant problems with this place since moving in. There's never enough parking and people are constantly parking in front of garages, in handicap spaces, no parking zones, etc. the ceilings are paper thin and at times it seems that your neighbors are gonna come right thru the ceiling. They constantly have something broken or not working either with the gates, water lines, mailboxes, etc. Each tenant pays for pest service yet, the ...job that is done is very minimal and I promise you, you'll have a significant bug problem. Today, My account was charged twice for rent payment, for a total of around $3400 and then they had the nerve to charge an additional $35 because the total amount wasn't available in my account. Keep in mind we do offer pest control service weekly and will need to be scheduled with the Leasing Office. We have a groundskeeper that keeps the community clean daily and our disappointed to hear that some of the residents are not following the rules.
