Welcome PRIME Apartments at Uptown II. Our community is tucked away in a quiet, residential neighborhood that sits on the east side of the up and coming Uptown historic district off Franklin. Centerville as a southern suburbs of Dayton is a highly desired area to live. Our location is walking distance to the local elementary school as well as to the high school. Additionally, the current Uptown project will be just a block or two away where you can walk to have a nice dinner and a drink and enjoy some shopping and entertainment as well but return to your home that does not feel right in the center of any construction or hustle and bustle.
