April 27, 2020These apartments are close to the University but to be honest that is the only benefit to living here. They gave me the key to move in, upon arrival I saw that it was very dirty and the tub was full of dirt. I lived in these roach-infested apartments, it was a living nightmare. They claimed they would send an exterminator but I never saw any proof of improvement. I also saw rat droppings at times.
