Renters Reviews and Ratings
On the cheaper side I guess
May 26, 2024The walls are extremely thin so you can hear arguments, bedroom acts, stomping, and dogs. There's quite a few bees/wasps living in or nearby the apartments and the exterminators came out but it didn't do much. The pool is always filled with leaves and debris. The pool availability isn't always consistent and when they're suppose to be open, no one is there. They have a lot of land but they don't do anything with it.Review from Apartments.com
Bottom of the barrel
March 29, 2022As you’ve read, management changed and everything has fallen into disarray. Maintenance does everything at a bare minimum level of quality if they do it at all. The sound of people walking above you is so loud from the poorly made and unmaintained wooden floors that the creaking through my apartment can be heard through the glass of a closed window when I am outside. Be very wary of open apartments, people are moving out as the number of issues in their apartment builds upReview from Apartments.com

June 17, 2018too expensive for the price and quality of construction/home appliance is really poor. Downstairs apartment person cant sleep at night because of the noise from upstairs (even whispering and normal walking cause lots of noise due to thin walls and floor quality). Not recommend at all.Review from Apartments.com
