Great place.
March 23, 2024Have been here for right around 6 months, and we absolutely love it. The office staff, specifically Sherri, have been nothing short of phenomenal. Maintenance staff, specifically Anthony, are awesome. Courteous, quick, and professional all-around. Quiet community, good mix of families and professionals- have never had a problem.Review from Apartments.com
APARTMENT COMPLEX IS A RIP OFF
January 23, 2023Save your money, DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I lived here for several years, when it was time to move out, I was not charged for damages or cleaning but they kept my deposit and charged me additional fees for a "bed bug infestation" that I proved that I NEVER HAD! RUN if you value your money-Review from Apartments.com
Hats off to Mr. Tony
June 27, 2022A disaster turned for good. I was on my way from Ohio to move into a completely different complex when I got the call (while on the road) that I no longer had an apartment. I went immediately to look at apartments online and narrowed it down to two. I called Princeton and spoke with Mr. Tony. I told him what happened and He stated that he’d take care of me. He did exactly that. I pulled to GA around 530pm and he gave me the paperwork to apply and told me to meet him in the am to look at the ...apartment. The application process was easy, once approved he called and i literally was moving in by 215pm. It was truly hassle free from all the hassle I just endured. So far it has been great.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 23, 2022I’ve lived at Princeton Place apartments for 4.5 years. If you have a pet, there is a monthly fee in addition to the normal pet deposit, so your rent will be higher than the listing. They do not honor referral discounts from services such as Promove. Initially, this was a pretty decent place to live. Over the years, it has gone downhill as the rent has increased above the average. The amenities are not well maintained - the pool has algae and moss growing on the tiles, the tennis court has large ...cracks, the dog park has massive holes under the fence, and the landscaping gets worse the further back you go. The worst thing about the community is the service. I’ve had to start buying my own air filters, hired my own pest control company, etc because maintenance doesn’t come out. The valet trash service almost never picks up our trash and we often have to stare at massive mounds of trash piled up by the dumpster because it’s too small for the complex. Parking regulations are not enforced. Each apartment is allotted 2 spots and visitors are supposed to use visitor parking, but it’s pretty common to see residents with 4 vehicles, parties, or shade tree mechanics having a vehicle towed to the parking lot to work on. Currently dealing with no AC for 2 days. The leasing office is not responding to messages or voicemails.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Doesn't own up to the hype...
September 23, 2015The best part of living here is that it's quiet for the most part. But the downside is that the "reno" doesn't substantiate the market price for the apartment. Guess I expected better. Just moved here mid-July, but already know that I won't be renewing my lease.Review from Apartments.com
