    I have lived at Promenade Towers for 19 years. I have seen tenants, businesses, security squads, building management and amenities come and go. The Towers have never been better at this stage of maturation. I intend to die here God willing!

    Enjoy my apartment but the rent increases sky high after the first year. The building is very loud from music, parties, and doors slamming. The building amenities are often in and out of service. There’s no indoor or outdoor area to congregate except around the pool, let alone work from.

    I love the connivence of my apt where I live. I truly love the gym, and I can relax. I love being able to run and walk around Grand park, the Music Center, and Disney Hall. I love the Art museums an walking there. I love being able to uber instead of driving everywhere.

    Generally the staff is excellent. Professional and service oriented. The elevators are very helpful to me. The prompt response to the Service Requests is amazing.

    Very attentive leasing agent. Quiet apartment; walls are good. Spacious with lots of closet space. Thick carpet in bedroom. Beautiful fountains and well kept grounds. Safe place. Friendly neighbors. Shower head is a little low.
