No complaints, not that happy either
July 21, 2015Ogden is the major downfall of this place. The building itself is a 200 year old house with no major updates to it. It still has original windows which are drafty and were mediocre-ly repaired this year (2015). The layout of the place is what got me. Although the rooms are small, the house itself has an open layout which I really appreciate and a lot of natural light. But it is on the second floor so the 20 stairs become a lot after a while. The exterior stairs have caused many a people to trip ...and almost hurt themselves yet Ogden has yet to take action despite being alerted. Additionally, Ogden has yet to take care of a rodent problem in the attic. Overall if Ogden actually took care of this place it would be fantastic, but alas.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
